Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic care uses adjustments to keep your spine healthy and your immune system functioning at its optimum level. Teaching you how the spine and nervous system contribute to our health and well being is the primary focus of our office. We will analyze your spine to locate vertebral subluxations, a serious condition which interferes with your nervous system function and causes spinal distortions. Chiropractors adjust subluxations to restore proper nervous sytem function. Your doctor will conduct a thorough history and exam to create an individual treatment plan and help you achieve your health goals. Care can include exercise, rehabilitation, nutrition, and diet evaluation. Our focus is to strengthen, tone, & stabilize your body. Physical therapy improves muscle tone, stimulates circulation, and relieves tension.

Acupuncture Care
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical technique for unblocking chi (ch'i or qi) by inserting needles at particular points on the body to balance the opposing forces of yin and yang. Chi is an energy that theoretically flows thorough all beings. It is believed to flow through the body along 14 main pathways called meridians. When yin and yang are in harmony, chi flows freely within the body and a person is healthy. When a person is sick, diseased, or injured, there is an obstruction of chi along one of the meridians. Acupuncture has been practiced in China for more than 2,000 years.
